Vanderkamp offers exclusive use of 850 acres of picturesque wilderness, on site lodging, and premium meeting rooms to create the best indoor and outdoor corporate retreat center in Upstate New York. Vanderkamp was founded in the belief that immersing ourselves within the natural world can have a transformative impact on personal and professional growth.

Our indoor meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology and our outdoor spaces are crafted to immerse you within the natural world. Kempwick Lounge
Kempwick Commons Lounge is the ideal space for small retreat groups looking to gather for strategic meetings or team building exercises. It offers a nature-inspired design for up to 24 people and includes table seating, a fireplace, stocked mini-fridge, high-tech AV equipment, easel, and a built-in coffee station.

Kempwick Hall
Kempwick Hall is perfect for larger corporate events for groups up to 170 or for smaller company retreats that require lots of space and easy access to the outdoors. The space can be fitted out with AV equipment and is attached to our commercial kitchen to make catering your event seamless.

Frank Soule Lodge
Frank Soule Lodge is best for more intimate events and is great for small team retreats that want to focus on disconnecting and recharging. Inside Frank you can gather in the living room in front of the fireplace made from 430 million year old fossils or share a meal together while enjoying the beautiful lake views and unmatched wilderness sunsets.

Forest Meeting
Let the natural world inspire you and your retreat guests as you hike out to our remote meeting location hidden on our grounds. Gather around a fire in the forest and have meals and drinks brought out to you, or spend your evening stargazing while discussing big ideas. Let us connect your group to what matters.

With large open spaces and lots of room to gather near the lake this is the perfect lodge to bring the group together for evening fires and reflections.

The Boathouse
This historic boathouse was converted to a two bedroom rustic-modern lodge right at the waters edge. Retreat goers will wake up each morning with stunning views across Lake VK.

Langston cottage is the ideal retreat lodge. Tucked on top of a hill overlooking the Lake and far away from the other lodging. Guests will slip back in time and find themselves connecting to their authentic self.
